When you arrive at the hospital with your pet

The examination fee is $175 plus HST. Once your pet has been examined by the veterinarian any tests and treatment costs will be discussed and are in addition to the examination fee.

As this is an Emergency Hospital, urgent cases are prioritized and you may not be seen in the order that you arrive. This means that there may be a wait period before you are seen. The receptionist can advise you as to the expected wait times but if, at any time, your pet's condition changes, please let us know. Your pet's well-being is important to us. Please be patient, we are working hard to provide care to all of our clients.
